FP Attorneys & Partners has founded with the desire to support our clients involved in renewables and climate change. Our customers consist of companies, NGOs or governments. I graduated in law at the national and international level, completing an LLM program in International Energy Law and Policy at the University of Stirling, Scotland. In over 20 years of legal practice, my clients have enjoyed high-quality services in the cases I have supported before national and international courts, especially in international investment law. In this regard, I’ve advised dozens of companies, from different states, particularly in Eastern Europe. The main point in my activity is the avoidance of litigations through the consultancy, both for investors and beneficiary states. We are also offering legal advice in the deployment of energy policies related to the mitigation of the effects of fossil fuels and other pollutants. A specific domain consists in carrying out studies and researches on the social acceptability of wind energy development with emphasis on legislative solutions and environmental economics. In this ever-changing field, innovation and creativity are the most important principles. My main concern is continuous training and flexibility, with the client in the spotlight.
